This restaurant specializes in the rich flavor of handmade soba with native buckwheat, and the dishes of seasonal food of the mountains using mountain herbs, freshwater fish, mushrooms, and game cuisines etc. You can enjoy their food with the art of cooking “unique to” Hayakawa!

The more you chew, the more the flavor of “Inaka-soba (country style buckwheat noodles)” comes out.
