Hayakawa gibier are the talk of the town!!
The game meats hunted by Mr. Hideki Mochizuki, the president of YAMATO, are cooked and processed, and sell them at our processing facility.
The meats are so fresh because it takes about only one hour to be completed the hunting of wild animals, cooked and processed the meats, and packed them as frozen food. Additionally, the meats are very safe product since salmonella, Hepatitis E virus, and radioactive substance have not been detected at all until today (Inspected by Azabu University, prefectural meat hygiene inspection centers, and Kyonan public health and welfare office).
The deer meat which is such a healthy food because it is low-fat and low-calorie, high-protein (twice as much as beef), and high-iron (7 times higher than beef) and also contains abundant minerals. So, please enjoy our Hayakawa gibier at our restaurant.
As the other selling products, we have deerskin cloth, bear oil for ointment, home-made jam, and seasonal mushroom etc.
