Soba restaurant – Alps

The more you chew, the more the flavor of “Inaka-soba (country style buckwheat noodles)” comes out.

We used to serve and enjoy Hayakawa Soba as unpretentious dishes while surrounding the table with family and guests.

We used to serve and enjoy Hayakawa Soba as unpretentious dishes while surrounding the table with family and guests. We are trying to recreate such environment here.

Please enjoy wild vegetables like mushrooms, seasonal blessings of nature, and food bringing out the natural flavor with using a great amount of effort and time while feeling a taste of mother’s home cooking and a life in Hayakawa!
